Shipping Policy


  1. All deliveries are only within Malaysia. No international shipping provided currently. 

  1. Your order will be processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). 

  1. Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation. 

  1. If you need any assistance with you order, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped. 

  1. Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order. 

  1. If the packaging seal is opened or damaged, DO NOT accept the parcel. 

  1. If you are away and not able to receive your purchased order, please contact the courier service within a stipulated timeframe for next deliveries or pick up. 

  1. If the order is not collected within the stipulated time, the order may be disposed and there shall not be any refund for the amount purchased for that order. 

  1. We deliver each order to one delivery address within Malaysia. 

  1. We only use standard packaging materials for all orders. 

  1. Order delivery to arrive after processing and packing as below. 

  • West Malaysia:  7 – 8 business days* 

  • East Malaysia:  10 – 14 business days* 

*subject to courier service’s changes 

  1. We are not responsible for courier service shipping delays. We will be using EasyParcel to ship our orders.

  1. During peak online sales & promotional periods, orders and deliveries may take longer time. Appreciate your understanding on this. 



  1. A standard shipping & handling fee of RM 10.00 (Ten Ringgit Malaysia) for every transaction for local delivery unless otherwise stated.  

  1. The fee is subject to change by the management without prior notice. 

  1. STRICTLY NO REFUND for shipping & handling charges. 

  1. All orders are dispatched and delivered by the designated courier service from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
